If you are having trouble logging in to the UTT Moodle platform, here are the steps to follow BEFORE contacting support.

Check the information entered

  • Carefully copy and paste the username and password.
  • Check that there are no space before or after
  • Test access on another tool of your institution
    (e-mail or ENT, for example)

Quick troubleshooting

  • Clear your browser's cache
    (Ctrl+Shift+Delete or via settings)
  • Test on another browser
    (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Opera)
  • Test on another computer

Report the issue using the request tool:

UTC, UTBM, URCA

After ensuring that your account is working on another tool at your institution, report the problem using the support request tool.

Special cases: UTT temporary staff

Please note that you can only log in to the Moodle learning platform using the username and password associated with your UTT account. The request to create this account must be made when the temporary staff file is created by the head of the Teaching Unit in which you work.
